DANIEL BODIN

Profile

I was inspired by legends like Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, Chuck Norris and Sho Kosugi in the early 80s, but it was not until the year 1988-1989, when practical training began in a dojo in the forests of Småland, the style was Shotokan karate. Together with a move back to my home town of Norrköping in 1989-1990, I searched for a new dojo to train and study in. Various martial arts were tested, such as Shitoryu Karate, Chinna, Chuan Fa, Aikido, Kenpo Karate, Jujitsu and more. But one day I was reading Norrköpings News and saw the advert “Ninjutsu”. This was something you only dreamed of, to be a ninja warrior, so I packed my training bag and went to the training and study for Roger Andersson, this was the year 1990. The study has continued since then with no interruption in Budo Taijutsu as the particular style.

I regularly travels to Japan to study with my personal teacher Isamu Shiraishi.
